Cancellation Policy
Reservation Fee (Retainer Fee) & Payment Policy • To secure an appointment, a non-refundable reservation fee is required at the time of booking. • This reservation fee is not a deposit; it is a retainer fee that reserves your appointment time and covers the time set aside exclusively for you. • The remaining balance (if applicable) is due at the time of service. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to receive a full refund of the reservation fee. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the reservation fee, as we are unable to fill that time slot on short notice. • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost and will not be eligible for future bookings without full prepayment. Late Arrival Policy • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule, and the reservation fee will not be refunded. • If the schedule allows, late arrivals may receive a shortened version of the service with no discount or price adjustment. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Protection Policy By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that: • The reservation fee is a retainer fee that secures your appointment time and compensates for the time reserved exclusively for you. • The reservation fee is not a deposit, meaning it is non-refundable unless canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice. • If a chargeback is filed for a validly charged retainer fee, we will dispute it with supporting documentation, including: • Confirmation of this policy • Booking records • Communication history regarding the appointment • A signed agreement (if applicable) • Filing a chargeback after agreeing to these terms constitutes fraudulent activity, and legal action may be pursued.
